Communication 102: Building upon fundamentals learned in Communication 101 or taken as a stand-alone class, Communication 102 will help participants develop written communication skills while building a deeper understanding of the need for effective communication in the workplace. Participants will learn: how to plan content, effective brainstorming techniques, how to identify reader’s needs, effective document design and the 5 Cs of written communication.

This will apply towards your Credit Union Professional Certification.
